Breakfast offered a great buffet with delicious homemade sweets, though warm food options were limited. The room with a small bunk bed felt cramped and impractical for our family. Service in the dining area was mostly efficient, but some staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak times, which occasionally affected the dining experience.

Convenient location and amazing dining options for families
What I loved most about our stay was the close proximity to the zoo, making it super convenient for the kids. The dinner buffet was simply fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that everyone enjoyed. It was also a treat to watch the animals from our room! However, the bunk bed setup was a bit scary for my older child, and it could use some improvement.

Strongly recommend for a city holiday
Cozy room, friendly staff. the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax with a drink after a day of exploring, and the location near the airport made our arrival and departure smooth.
Everything exceeded my hopes.

The hotel serves a buffet that’s a real treat – the dinner spread was impressive, and breakfast featured freshly made sandwiches that slapped! The location next to Dyreparken is a win! It’s exciting to watch animals like zebras and giraffes from the hotel's yard.
However, the breakfast wasn't included in the stay and felt pricey, despite being delicious. Showers were a bit of a splash zone, too, with the glass door making the floor slippery. Plus, those toilets felt a little too kid-friendly and awkward for adults.

We had a lovely time, especially enjoying the best food buffet for breakfast and dinner, and Mathias really made our stay better by switching our room to the one we actually wanted. The kids loved the aqua park and the cozy leisure room with games, which kept them entertained. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but it didn’t take away from our fun experience at all! 😊
